Participants will work on strategies for scaling their businesses, preparing for investors and increasing their economic impact in their home markets. The fellowship includes a two-week bootcamp in Accra, Ghana, followed by a week-long Capstone Week in London, UK. Successful applicants will receive flights, accommodation and expenses for both programmes. Participants will also receive an equity-free grant of up to £2,000 (US$2,700) to support business or participation-related costs.

The programme gives founders access to entrepreneurship training, mentorship, investor networks and international exposure as they develop their businesses.
