According to court records made public about Twitter, it appears that Twitter Inc. no longer exists.

According to the documents, the platform has been integrated under a newly established shell business named X corp, a private company that is part of Elon Musk’s X Holdings company.

Elon Musk has been working on making X Corp more similar to the Chinese app WeChat, which is used for everything from chats to payments. Musk stated that he has always had a vision but has never properly defined how it fits into his huge multinational empire.

Musk now controls the domain “X.com” the name of the online payments company that he funded and later merged with PayPal, as well as the acquisition of Twitter.

After releasing the legal filing paperwork, the Twitter CEO tweeted the word “X” , making a very strong statement and to also to confirm the speculations. It is still unknown what the shift implies for Twitter, which has undergone a significant makeover and caused quite a stir since Musk purchased the App for $44 Billion last year.

What is the future of X Corp?

The X Corporation has yet to reveal any developments and execute for creating the everything App, but it represents a substantial shift in Twitter’s focus.

The X Corp has the ability to compete with large programmes such as Facebook, Amazon, and Google.
